Gulf Blvd from the Don CeSar up to Blind Pass is mid-century motels, low-rise condos, and the old cottages on 8th Ave in Pass-a-Grille — nearly all of it VE or AE zone. Ground floors took water to the ceiling in Helene and plenty are still bare studs waiting on a permit. So a lot of what we do here isn't demo. It's drying an empty shell and getting mold clearance.
Corey Avenue is its own animal — slab floors, walk-in coolers, grease lines that back up at the worst hour. And with so much of the island rented by the week, a supply line can run four days before a cleaner finds it. Every one of those days is a lost booking.

Usually. Block walls and slab hold moisture long after the drywall's gone. We meter it first and size the equipment to the readings.

Yes. We coordinate access with your property manager or cleaner, photograph everything on arrival, and send readings as we go — what your insurer asks for later.
