Off the Pinellas Bayway, between St. Pete Beach and the Fort De Soto road, it's canal-front homes and townhomes from the seventies through the nineties, plus mid-rise condos. Low elevation, plenty of slab. The plumbing tells you the era: polybutylene and early PEX letting go at a fitting, or an A/C condensate line dripping into a wall for a month. Cast iron isn't the culprit out here.
